Debby

Founder and Managing Attorney

Debby is the Founder of Cascade Law Group. She started Cascade as a female founder to be a client-focused law group. Having served as both in-house counsel to several companies as well as a partner in a midsize law firm before forming Cascade, she knew the old way of practicing law needed to change. Cascade is progressive and forward-thinking and here to help you!

Debby puts her decades of experience as a business and intellectual property attorney to use at Cascade to provide her clients premium assistance to successfully navigate a wide variety of intellectual property and business matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, business formations, and business transactions. She provides training and awareness about IP protection, developing IP strategy sessions that incorporate risk assessment. She combines her education, legal skills, and hands-on experience with clients to provide world-class services at competitive rates.

As an avid outdoors enthusiast who hikes, bikes, and runs, Debby’s a member of several running clubs and the Women of Oz, a nonprofit organization that gets women on mountain bikes by breaking down barriers. She has completed marathons in the U.S. and internationally, and she exploits that same “let’s do this done” energy when working with her clients.

Debby is also actively involved in animal rescue – particularly dogs who are looking for their perfect “furever” homes.  When she’s not on the trail running with one of her dogs, you can find her advocating for and protecting voters’ rights and democracy.
